Our Family Fitness Center offers a friendly, family oriented atmosphere with many amenities. Our facility offers:

Membership Application

Print the application, complete the designated fields and bring it with you to the Fitness Center. You will receive an escorted tour of the facility and if you join now, will receive a free session with one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

Group Exercise Descriptions and Schedule of Classes

All of our classes are designed for men and women.

New Class - S.W.E.A.T.

Training (cardiovascular)
 
45 minute class consisting of stations. This class will challenge your strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and so much more. Intermediate and advanced levels.
Water Aerobics Cardiovascular and toning exercises performed in the indoor pool with an instructor to music. Intermediate and Advanced.
Arthritis Water Class Non impact soothing exercises and stretches performed with an instructor to music. This is a great class for beginner exercisers.
Aerobics Exercises choreographed and performed to energetic music to keep your heart rate elevated. The different levels of Aerobics are Beginners/Young at Hear, Intermediate, or Advanced.
Step Aerobics Exercises choreographed and performed using a step to go up and down to energetic music. This is not recommended for beginners.
Indoor Cycling Choreographed routines performed on an indoor cycle. The instructor takes you for a ride.
Strengthen and Sculpt Toning exercises targeting all major muscle groups performed to music. This class replaces a visit to the weight room.
Pilates Mat exercises that help to tone your core muscles while improving your posture, flexibility, strength and balance. Soft music.
Yoga Mind and body floor and standing exercises to soft music.
Tai Chi Standing. Slow and controlled movements to soft music.
Stretching Exactly that. Stretching for approximately 40 minutes. Done to soft music on a mat on the floor. Focus is to loosen tight muscles, especially your back.

Schedule of Classes

 

Guest Policies

  • The fitness center must approve all guests.
  • All guests must be accompanied by a member, must check in at the front desk, sign the register and sign a release and waiver liability form. Children under 18 must have an adult present to sign the release and waiver form.
  • Guests will be assessed $10.00.
  • Member's guests, age 11 and under, must be accompanied by an adult.
