According to Zippia, 65 Lafayette-area companies were ranked using data based on salaries, financial health, and employee diversity – criteria frequently mentioned by job seekers. The rankings were then matched with general company sentiments from online mentions and reviews. Data sources include the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Federal Election Commission, and Zippia’s proprietary collection of resumes and job data.
