Nina had an adverse reaction to a new medication and experienced a decline in physical status as a result. She was unable to walk or take care of herself requiring her family to stay with her. After receiving home health services she has progressed back to being independent and able to live alone with an increase in her cognitive and physical well-being. She is able to get back to activities she enjoys. I am thankful for each and every one who has helped in my care and I could not be where I am without them. They are like family and I look forward to their visits.
